Feiyang Times Mansion (飞扬时代大厦) is a commercial building located at No. 66 Huafa South Road, Futian District, Shenzhen, China. Situated in the Huaqiangnan commercial zone — directly across Shennan Avenue from the famous Huaqiangbei electronics district — it is the physical anchor of Asia's largest concentrated refurbished mobile phone and Apple device trade complex.

飞扬时代大厦位于深圳市福田区华发南路66号，坐落于华强南商业区——与著名的华强北电子商圈仅隔一条深南大道相望，是亚洲最大规模翻新手机及苹果设备贸易综合体的实体核心。

The building houses three interconnected markets operating across four trading floors: the Tongtiandi Communication Market (通天地通信市场), which manages the market brand and infrastructure; the Feiyang Market, which is the primary trading name for the complex focused entirely on Apple devices; and the Great Wall Communication Market (长城通信市场), located approximately 150 metres east of the main building and affiliated with the Tongtiandi operation.

大厦内设三个相互关联的市场，分布于四层交易楼层：通天地通信市场——负责品牌运营与基础设施管理；飞扬市场——综合体的主要交易名称，全面聚焦苹果设备；长城通信市场——位于主楼东侧约150米，隶属通天地运营体系。

The Apple Device Ecosystem

Feiyang Times Mansion is recognized globally as the world's primary distribution hub for second-hand and refurbished Apple devices. Used iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks from the United States, Europe, Japan, and Australia flow into this building through various recycling and trade-in channels. Once inside, they are sorted, repaired, graded, and redistributed to buyers across Africa, Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.

飞扬时代大厦被全球公认为全球二手及翻新苹果设备的主要流通枢纽。来自美国、欧洲、日本和澳大利亚的旧iPhone、iPad和MacBook通过各类回收与以旧换新渠道汇聚于此，经分拣、维修、分级后，再分销至非洲、东南亚、东欧、中东及拉美的买家。

All products in this building are second-hand or refurbished — there are no new products sold here. The quality grading runs from near-mint (Grade A++) to functional but heavily used units (Grade C). Merchants are specialized: some stalls deal exclusively in iPhone motherboards, others in batteries, cameras, screens, or fingerprint sensors. Floors 3 and 4 handle complete devices.

The building is located in Huaqiangnan (华强南) — the southern counterpart to Huaqiangbei, separated by Shennan Avenue. While Huaqiangbei is primarily the domain of new electronics, Huaqiangbei South is the established hub for used phones and phone parts. The Feiyang building sits alongside the Great Wall Market (~150m east) and the Longzhu (Dragon Ball) Market, forming the main cluster of complete used phone trading. Other markets nearby specialize in individual phone parts and components.
